Yes. The Tecveq service worker uses its own cache namespaces (tecveq-runtime, tecveq-assets, tecveq-images, tecveq-offline) which are separate from any page-caching plugin cache. The two systems coexist without conflict. We do recommend adding the service worker URL (tecveq-sw.js) to your caching plugin exclusion list so the SW file itself is not cached by the page cache. The plugin auto-handles this on activation.
